Q. What is required to start service?
A. A call or email is sufficient to setup the initial service. For all business, corporate, and education clients a consulting agreement will be drafted outlines the scope of work and terms.
Q. Do you charge for initial visit?
A. We provide a free 1 hour onsite consultation to all new customers to discuss their needs. If any actual work is done, the hourly rate will apply.
Q. When is payment due for services rendered?
A. For new customers, payment is due upon receipt. After a contract has been signed, all payments will be due 30 days after being sent.
Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
A. Cash, Check, or Visa & Mastercard
Q. What are your hours of business?
A. Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekend and after hours services are available by appointment only.

Q. How much does a web site cost?
A. The cost to develop a web site is different for each every site. The requirements you provide are what will ultimately determine the total development costs. Contact us to provide an estimate.
Q. What do I need to have a web site?
A. At minimum, you need a name for your web site (myexample.com) that is registered with a registrar like Network Solutions or GoDaddy. Next, you need a hosting provider to actually host your web site files and email. Lastly, you need the actual files that make up your web site.
Q. What can I do to pre-plan for a web site?
A. Pre-planning for a web site is the best way to reduce development costs and timelines. By planning out how the web site will look and function along with identifying and creating content, the job of actually creating the site will be much more efficient.
Q. What is SSL?
A. SSL is short Secure Socket Layer. This is basically a computer communication protocol that encrypts data sent over the Internet so that only the sending and receiving host can view the data being transmitted.
Q. What is FTP?
A. FTP, short for File Transfer Protocol is used to upload and download files from servers over the Internet.
Q. What iS DNS?
A. DNS stands for Domain Name Service and it used to allow a computer on the Internet to have a name, like www.myexample.com. This name is mapped to an IP address in a DNS database.
